How to Use:

• Pour in hot water up to 2/3rd of the heat pad. Press the bag to expel any excess air. Tighten the cap. After filling, turn the heat therapy pad upside down to check for leaks. Put on the plush sleeve. Note: Water temperature should not exceed 50°C. Do not use boiling water. Do not heat in a microwave. Do not fill up to the brim.
